I was skeptical after some of the reviews & after I received my hat. BUT.. im soooo happy I made this purchase. I work in recycling of a beer distributor & lord the gnats are wild. The first day my coworkers laughed at me. By the end of the week a few wanted to know where I got it from. Not 1 gnat or bee has bothered me. It's light weight and snug. The vent on top, chefs kiss.. I unbutton 2 lift it off when I need to & just pull the mesh over my face. Still protected while releasing the heat from my dreads.
