I needed a sun hat for in the garden due to new sun sensitivity. My husband picked this out, and is really cute. It is reversible, including the bow(it is attached by a pin and can be moved). It was a little small on me, but I have a big head and have that problem a lot with hats, so that's more a me problem. It did fit my daughter, who has a big head for her age, so I assume someone who has a normal sized head should be fine. It fit when I pull my hair up to go inside it fine, which I do most of the time anyway. I had 2 issues that are minor inconveniences rather than deal breakers. The clips on the chin strap stretch and then can fall off easily. I don't use the chin strap tight very often, only when it is windy, so isn't the end of the world. The second issue is that it isn't super breathable, so it makes me sweatier that I would like. But I would be substantially sweatier without it, it just makes for minor irritation. Beyond that, it keeps the in our of my eyes and off my head and face, which was the goal.
