This seller ships to the US in about 2-2.5 weeks via DHL, and the hat is as pictured, with nice dark blue fur, but the sizing is on the tight side. You might want to discuss the sizing with seller prior to purchasing. Try adding a couple of centimeters or about an inch to the measurement of your head (above the ears and around the brows). The hat does have a hard shell, so is not supple, leaving little room for adjustment. The size has to be absolutely right or it will NOT fit. The shell is also perfectly circular-- which unless you have a perfectly round head, will fit tight in some parts and loser in others. Really not well thought out. Seller is communicative, however, and receives returns to a US return address, which is convenient.
