I don't have a large head, but this hat fits a little snug. Otherwise it does its job and keeps sun off your head. I like that the brim has wire in it so you can shape it.I adore this hat! I bought it for a 2 week hiking vacation in Peru and find myself using it over and over again. I love how pack able it is and how it always reverts back into a flattering shape after being abused in a suitcase. It is very breathable and a very cute pattern compared to all the ugly bucket hats out there. I even used the strap a couple times to keep my hat on during heavy winds. This beautiful hat worked great to keep me dry when it rained in the Andes. So much better than a rain jacket hood! I would absolutely buy his hat again and I already recommended it to 3 women from my travel group. If you're on the fence just buy it!Super snug and I have a 22” head... so not particularly large.Great hat! I like the brim because it is a good width and you can shape it however you want. It packs well, and it is light-weight, good for hiking and gardening. The adjustable tie keeps it from blowing away at the beach too!
