Pistil Men's Colton Sun Hat UPF 50+ Wide Brim Outdoor Summer Hat for Hiking, Beach & Travel - Lightweight & Breathable

I wanted a good looking hat for the sun that breathed and didn't feel heavy on my head (likely resulting in eventual headaches). I loved the look of this in the photos but I took a gamble b/c it's one size fits. I'm happy to say that (luckily) it fits my 23" head perfectly (this equates to a 7 3/8 hat size I think). The photos look more like waxed cotton, when in reality this is more mesh-like, similar to the stuff padded grocery bags are made out of. While my first impression was that it felt cheap, I quickly realized that this was a benefit and the design is well thought. It still has a quality look to it with a very light weight feel. While I haven't had a chance to wear in the sun yet, I can't see this being the least bit uncomfortable due to its light weight and breathability. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it does not seem very crushable and/or durable. I'm either forced to try and keep its shape (something I'd rather not have to worry about) or just settle for wearing a wrinkled hat. This is just an assumption at this point. If I am wrong I will update this review.NOTE ON SIZING: I would imagine that the hat could be stretched quite a bit with this material, however if your head is significantly smaller that 23", I would probably consider a hat that sells in an appropriately smaller size.
