Very cute hat, nice fit and fabric.My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to actually have any spf protectionFits really well and stays on. Very cute print and good quality.Newborn sizing definitely more of a 6+ sizing but made it work!I have to give this two stars because it fell apart after being washed one time. The right chin strap totally came out and the seam came open after washing it on a gentle cycle. I sowed it back together and it works fine.The material is really nice. Good color. Shades his neck and face well. My son is 15 months and it fit snug.** update! Customer service sent me another hat and this one has been great - so maybe I had an atypical experience the jest time around!This little hat is sooo light and soft. It’s a bit large for our 8 month old but the tiny brim and neck protector are great in our Florida intense sun. Bought the baby “ wetsuit” are adorable . Both have allowed longer outside time in both pool and sun.My 11 mo. old had wore this hat a few times before he pulled it off. One side where the string strap attaches to hat part broke from the stitching. It is fixable but will require a seamstress to fix.Just as pictured. Fits big on my 3 month only but you can adjust it but doesn’t stay put too well on his head. Dislike that bill is flimsy with no shape. Maybe when he’s older it will fit better. For now I’ll keep it.The hat is great, I love the texture of the hat , very soft and comfortable
